Apartments Villa Ivanka

The host is excellent. We were greeted and welcomed and Ivanka was there to help when needed. There is a dedicated parking in front of the house. Nice peeble beach is 100m away. Couple of restaurants, small market, jet-ski rental, taxi boat to Trogir etc were all at couple hundred meeter circle, so location was great.

The negative side: the appartment is located next to a busy road, and looks like we got one of the last appartments awailable,that is in a bit poorer condition than the rest - which host itself confirmed on our departure day. So, living room/kitchen did not have aircon and the aircon that was working in the bedroom was separated from this room by a small hall and unable to cool it down. Problem is that one bed was also in the living room and it was simply impossible to sleep in the living room due to heat. And if you open the windows to cool it down over night, you are unable to sleep due to noise from the road and also mosqitoes as there are no nets on windows, so we had a constant struggle sleeping well. Air conditioner is old and while working it creates all kind of sounds every couple of minutes as well, which additionally made sleeping problematic. We did not cook in the apartment at all, so if you intend to cook, the heat in the kitchen will probably be a problem as well. If you can tolerate heat - then no issue. :)

Tosi ystävällinen ja avulias omistajarouva. Huoneessa oli vedenkeitin, kahvinkeitin, mikroaaltouuni, voileipägrilli ja hiustenkuivain. Tilava jääkaappi. Tiskiaine ja pesusienikin tiskaukseen löytyi. Lautasia, laseja, ruokailuvälineitä riittävästi. Myös kattiloita yms löytyi. Sekä sähköhella. Kylpyhuone oli tilava ja vedenpaine suihkussa oikein hyvä. Sänky oli suuri ja siinä oli todella hyvä nukkua. Parvekkeella oli tuolit ja pöytä ja löytyipä vielä pyykkinaru + pyykkipojat. Koko huoneisto oli todella siisti ja puhdas. Viikon aikana sai käyttää imuria ym. siivousvälineitä. Ihana ranta ja jäätelökioski sekä rantaravintoloita ihan lähellä.

Kunnolliseen, normaalihintaiseen ruokakauppaan oli vähän matkaa, mutta vieressä olevalta leirintäalueelta löytyi pikkukauppa, josta sai peruselintarvikkeita.

Ivanka super nette sympathische Gastgeberin, mega Lage mit unbeschreibliche Meerblick, sehr schönes Apartment.

Чудове місце розташування!!! Пляж 2 хвилини Місто поруч ( окремо супер що є водне таксі до Трогіру ) Власниця помешкання дуже приємна жінка ☺️
