The app is pretty large, with fully equipped kitchen. Upon request we could use the sauna facility. Nice furniture, everything working, everything clean. All glasses (for water, wine, beer) and really sharp knives! Wonderful view. Big ski storage room in the yard. Just 10 minutes from the closest ski-resort (Hinterstoder) or 0 minutes from great summer hiking :) And the host gave us a tasty homemade marmelade.
App. itself is on the 3rd floor. Not a problem for us, but could be for some eldery people. No microwave (but big oven yes, filter-coffee machine yes).
