Beautiful place and view, great walkable areas and very quiet. SPA is a nice addition although for a fee and limited to an hour. Good breakfast with nice personnel. The room we had was great and spacious!
Check-in could be better. The desk is a small nook, doesn’t really welcome guests. Signage is absent, we had to guess where to go, park, check-in and even how to open the gate to get out of the property.

While you are not actually sleeping in the castle, the accommodations make you feel as if you are. And the castle structure and grounds creates a magical experience.
Overall the communication between the staff and the opportunities available on property lacked. With no one at the desk you did not even know who to ask. This made the stay less welcoming.

The location was beautiful and the scenery was gorgeous. I enjoyed the room and the staff during breakfast was great.
I really thought I was going to stay "in a castle". The castle wasn't even available to tour. I am not sure if that was specified when I was booking, but I was truly disappointed in that we couldn't even tour the castle.
