My go to place when in Mbombela for work. It's a phantastic place. Great, spacious rooms, nice views, incredibly friendly and helpful staff.
There is nothing I do not like about Shandon Lodge.

They responded very quick to my unsatisfactory. And made an extra effort to erase the bad experience
It wasn't as neat the first day. They can also try and invest in mattress, curtains(they are torn), its quite vintage.
