En cuanto al hotel Bien, la limpieza excelente, Agua caliente y abundante, Felicidades, referente al ingreso el servicio de Recepción Excelente y el Sr. Javier el Botones Excelente, muy servicial. Felicidades. Gracias

El recepcionista de la salida, no conocía el manejo y se le olvido una petición que le hice de servicio al cuarto, ojala puedan capacitarlo para que en temporada alta su servicio sea bueno, como sugerencia que el desayuno fuera hasta las 12:00, porque mi acompañante era un adulto mayor, sus movimiento son mas lentos y hay que ayudarla, todo es mas lento y no alcanzamos en el horario asignado. Muchas Gracias.

Excelente ubicación, limpieza y atención, muy cómodo pero se batalla con el wifi o señal de teléfono

El cuarto excelente tamaño, muy limpio, ropa de cama igual limpia y calientita, muy tranquilo, excelente vista a la laguna.

El wi-fi no sirvió nunca por lo cuál estuve incomunicada, pero está cerca del pueblo por lo cuál no batallamos para ir y regresar a pesar de tampoco tener señal de teléfono, si no se necesita estar en comunicación constante no hay problema. No tiene aire acondicionado pero solo es un detalle. Lo recomendaría.
