We only spent one night with my family (5 people) at this location, arrived late 9.30 PM, left aournd 9 AM, so our experinece is limited, but for this time everything was excellent. The location was great for us, as I grew up two blocks from this location: close to relatives, quiet neighborhood, shop very close. The apartment exceeded our expectation - comfortable, clean, spacious, but especially from the value for price point of view. The apartman is fully equipped including free coffee capsules (very nice!) and tea bags. I can imagine in summertime being even more pleasant!

The room was equipped with everything you need, comfortable and spacious, and the bathroom was clean. A very enjoyable stay; the place exceeded my expectations.

Good communication with host, very clean rooms and bathrooms, fresh towels, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, basic but well-equipped kitchen. We were a party of 8, two bands playing a local festival. Bands need sleep, food and a decent bathroom - we got all of that and then some, very good. 24/7 drive-in McDonalds nearby (5min drive) for any future bands to pass through Satu Mare, Lidl also 5 minutes away.
Parking a bit scarce on-site (small courtyard) but ample in the street.
No one on site, but everything was communicated in advance so there were no issues with check-in or check-out
We asked for reserved parking and there was nowhere to park but the host did say this can't really be guaranteed, so it wasn't a big deal, we parked on the street.
