About this apartment rental
It is an apartment in a terraced house in the green and quiet area at the beginning of the village of Porto Ercole Tuscany: in front of a large olive grove and Monte Argentario., Around villas full of flowers
Close to shops and cycling 5 minutes to the equipped beach of Cala Galera (850 m distance)
The 70 sqm apartment is spread over 2 floors and has 2 small gardens: one in front with a table and umbrella, a large tent that shelters from the sun and another small garden behind
There are also 2 entrances in correspondence with the gardens.
So it is also suitable for 2 different families.
For heating we have heat pumps (summer air conditioning) in the 2 bedrooms and 1 electric space heater and 1 Zibro liquid gas space heater in the living room
The living room has a kitchenette with oven, washing machine, dishwasher, TV
The upstairs double bedroom has its own bathroom with walk-in shower. From the window you can see a small garden for children. And a private road.
Going down comfortable stairs or the spiral staircase you go to the bedroom below which has a double bed and a third single bed. There is a new bathroom
.This room is very cool.
For parking, I prepare a permit in the Municipality for € 10, which allows you to park on the blue municipal stripes right in front of the house, at a cost of € 1 per day to be placed in the parking meter.
For the permit I need: copy of the tourist lease contract, made out to the owner of the car, copy of the identity card of the owner of the car
For the state police I need a copy of all guests' ID.
