Piso muy completo.

Muy buena atención por parte del personal, te dan toda la información necesaria y te facilitan el check in fuera de horario comercial, ya que llegábamos muy tarde. La habitación era grande y estaba todo limpio, además la cama es muy cómoda. La zona es muy tranquila, ideal para descansar bien despues de un dia ajetreado.

It was comfortable and clean

The accommodation is about 2.6k from train station - I got instructions in Spanish- when I asked for in English- no reply - used Google translate - the address extends from some of the accommodation to office - worked out where the key was (office closed even tho opening hours on door stated it should be open- no key in my box - messaged them - had to folllow up with a call- told me they didn’t speak English- I directed them to my WhatsApp - I went in to neighbouring bar to buy a water- in that short time - she had run down and put key in box and ran away again- rather than just waiting for a few minutes- I misunderstood where the actual accommodation was which apparently was two streets away - called again- just a curt message to say where accommodation was - I worked it out but honestly - I’d never stay there again. - when you arrive into a new city (exhausted and hot) such begrudging help when u most need it just shows that if you were in any sort of trouble - they weren’t going to be much help - their instructions advise that we should look out for some company name to make sure we were in right location - no such sign except later I noticed a small sticker on the lift with the company name - it had a kitchen which was good tho a sign threatening a €30 fine if you did not leave the kitchen in clean state (hardly legal) - no bowls, my bed side lamp didn’t work - basic, clean and fine otherwise - about 2.5k from city , from train and from bus station - there it is - I don’t usually review unless a place has been good but this was poor
