Vacancéole - Résidence Cortina

The property location is perfect. Near to everything we needed apart from the reception desk where you need to collect the keys. The apartment was great very spacious and the balcony was large with views over the surroundings mountains. It is also very close to the Diable ski lift. We booked it for 5 of us so we could all have our own room, but it does sleep 12!! 2 of the beds are pretty much in the kitchen though.

The walk to reception to collect the keys is 20 mins from the property. It’s right at the other end of town. We arrived with all of our skiing gear. This made it very difficult to get to the other end of town to collect the keys. Also the bedding and towels that I pre booked when checking in online weren’t in the apartment, they did however deliver them by 7pm. So we all made our own beds like we were in a hostel. Please think about adding a lock box for the keys and an option to have the beds made on arrival. It would be so much easier and a much more convenient stay if these things were improved. I don’t think I would stay here again because of the keys and bedding situation.

De ligging van het appartement, het grote zonnige terras. Ruime berging voor de ski's. Ruim appartement. Bakker aan de overkant van het appartement, supermarkten op wandelafstand.

The fact that after a 10 hours flight+bus we had to wait more than 1 hour to pick up the keys and the bed linen+towels for the entire apartment and we had to carry them all by foot...more than 20kg, and also to make all the beds in the entire apartment. Why??? Same thing at check out...we had to pack all the bedlinen and towels and to leave them at the reception desk...again, why???? we paid for the clean up fee, but this was not included...crazy.
