The quality and quantity of the food is awesome! Even several local dishes that I have not seen anywhere else. The price for the stay is great, compared to the competition. The entire place was always clean. Gym is well-stocked. Great internet connection. Grocery store within walking distance. Hot water in the shower at all times. Bed was very hard, but I assume that some people would love that. Pillow was fine.
The driveway / parking area looks like a warzone. No elevator. The gym is used by people from the city, who obviously aren't thrilled that hotel patrons are using their equipment, so best to go during the day when the gym is empty. The hallways / doors are narrow, so any conversation anywhere on the hall can be heard VERY clearly in your room. No refrigerator in the room. Furniture in the rooms seemed a little 'university' quality instead of commercial hotel quality, but it served its purpose.

This stay overall was wonderful. The location was very convenient for driving or walking, breakfast was phenomenal, and the staff were kind and attentive throughout our entire visit. From start to finish, we felt well taken care of.
Our stay had both positives and significant drawbacks. The location was convenient, and the amenities such as the sports complex, gym, and pool were nice, but parking was often very difficult since those facilities are shared with the community. I feel closer parking spaces should be reserved for hotel guests.
The biggest issue was cleanliness. Upon arrival, the room’s floor was absolutely filthy. We take our shoes off indoors, and within seconds of walking barefoot, my feet were black. We couldn’t allow our baby to crawl on the floor and had to rely on a small playpen we brought. Even after complaining, our room cleaning was initially overlooked; it wasn’t until the third day that the cleaning improved noticeably.
We stayed for two weeks total, and when we returned for a final night after an appointment out of town, we were assigned a new room. Unfortunately, the same issue occurred — within 30 seconds of our son crawling on the floor, his knees and feet were black. We had to bathe him immediately after a long car ride, which was extremely frustrating.
Other details added to the discomfort: rough towels that clearly hadn’t been dried properly, loose trim pieces in the bathroom, and even a sharp piece of metal that cut my husband’s hand as he got out of the shower.
Overall, while the location and staff had positives, the lack of basic cleanliness and maintenance made this stay extremely disappointing and unsuitable for families with small children. A simple vacuum and mop would go a long way in improving the guest experience.

It was clean and stuff was welcoming.
The parking was in terrible condition. Holes everywhere..I think is time for maintenance like now...
The decor needs updating. Would be lovely if the place had proper lounge area and the lighting was more warm and had more atmosphere.
Pool was in very claustrophobic location agien very bright lighting in areas you should wind down..
Overall condition of the room was very good but again disappointed with flat duvet and one very flat pillow 😑 window didn't have blind then agien light inside.
Message to the kitchen:
I ordered the pizza that evening and it was very soggy it had too much mozzarella cheese and overcooked ham it was terrible. They need to practice more.
If they update and have better quality sleeping sets then I won't give one more try...
