My stay was a short stay which was marred by the fact my first visit to the island was for a funeral
Great location lovely view of lake from room and right by the beach. Unfortunately it was February and the tornado force winds weren't ideal for a beach walk. Can't blame that on the hotel though. Room was clean and lovely comfy bed and there was a good selection at breakfast.
The only thing I didn't like was the gammon I had for dinner one night, the chargrill taste was overpowering. I was kindly offered a free dessert to compensate though. So happy days.

Generally comfortable and suited our needs .Staff were very helpful
Breakfast could have been much better ,with more gluten free options maybe .The cooked breakfast was average ,not great quality bacon ,but ok
