We liked clean comfortable beds . Spacious room . Warm cozy lights.
There was no extra cups. Mat outside bathroom would be better. Very slow wifi . Many times no wifi.

Food was excellent so was the location both Airport and Railway station are equidistant from this hotel. Hongkong Market is just round the corner and the overall experience was quite good
Washroom was smaller compared to the room we booked and was not very clean

there was a guy who was helping us with every possible thing , room service & all but forgot his name - he was a perfect addition for the hotel
