Well described pre-checkin process, receptionist was very nice, spoke english, clean well equipped appartment, we were offered to place order for fresh pastry on the next morning.

Great end of summer long weekend for biking

Quiet clean cozy apartment near the bike path. I enjoyed the view from the balcony and the sound of the brook and cow bells. Would be a great place if you ski. Near two different ski areas.

Good place to stay to explore both sides of the border.

The Italian side of Dolomites seemed crowded and overpriced so staying on the Austrian border seemed a good and reasonable compromise. While the Sillian town itself doesn't have much to offer the location did pay off. The apartment itself was vary spacious, almost fully furnished, had two bathrooms and even a small sauna in it.

There's a ridiculous big, red emergency button inside by the entrance of the sauna. It's directly wired to emergency services and comes with a 300 euro false-alarm fine. At that location the button just begs to be accidentally pressed, and there is little that prevents it from happening. While this most likely is a legal requirement, there must have been a better way to execute it. And second - at this level and cost with every other appliance provided, one could also expect an automated coffee-machine.

The hotel is just wonderful and the host is very hospitable and friendly. We arrived much earlier than expected after 16 hours of driving. They were able to accommodate us much earlier than the check-in time, for which we are very grateful. The apartment was spacious and very clean. I would definitely visit the hotel again if I have a chance in this area. I recommend the place with both hands, and once again, thank you for your hospitality!!

Couldn’t be better than that

The apartment was almost new, spacious, very comfortable and with a location was perfect close to the main top hiking sites in the area. On top of that, the staff was amazingly kind and always ready to help. We will return for sure!

The apparment includes everything you need for your vacation with your family. Location - close to groceries, city center, availability to Tre Cime area, Lego di Braies by car within 30 min. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Location - close to main road, so a bit loudy. Lights of thermostat a bit more intensive when you want a dark bedroom for sleeping, but only personal feeling

it is a beautiful appartement, brand new and luxurious decorated. A big balcony around the apartment. the sauna is wel done and we used it several times. overal a top stay

the street, it is supposed to be a slow traffic area but big lorries drive fast past the appartement . During the night you have to close the windows and shutters because of the noise. The building manager agrees and hopefully in future this will be managed

Wonderful apartment - very spacious, with high ceilings and floor heating in every room which you can adjust at your own liking. Plenty of storage room in the apartment as well as in a ski room beside the reception. The cleanliness was amazing, it was like things were new and never used. Kitchen is excellently equiped. There are automatic blinds on every window. The sauna is great, comfortable for two persons and it comes with various sauna oils. The bread that you can order at the reception is from a local bakery and is really tasty - morning delivery of fresh pastries is a really nice touch. There are also toiletries available in the apartment, as well as a dish soap with sponge, dishwasher detergent and trash bags. There are plenty of supermarkets nearby.

The best accommodation we have ever been. Kitchen was fully equipped, rooms, bathroom was big and clean. Everything was new, great view from balcony. From this location we can reached our goals fast. We were with 2 years old child, he loves it too. :)

Ottimo relax da Dolomit-Royal!

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per una notte con la famiglia per poi spostarci a vedere i Krampus a Dobbiaco (Ottima base per gli spostamenti). La signora alla reception gentilissima e super disponibile, ci ha accolti e fatto vedere l’appartamento prima di firmare. Nel nostro era presente un disimpegno con armadi e lavatrice, due stanza matrimoniali e due bagni di cui uno con sauna. Nel soggiorno una cucina ben rifornita, un tavolo e un divano letto con tv. Fuori, lungo tutto l’appartamento c’era un terrazzino molto carino. Tutto super pulito. Siamo rimasti veramente contenti del servizio e di questa scoperta. Grazie Dolomit-Royal!!!

Ruim, erg schoon appartement. Gastvrouw is ook erg vriendelijk. De locatie is ideaal, voor uitstapjes in Oostenrijk maar ook naar Italië!

Niet veel bijzonderheden, wel de tafel (bijzettafel) op een vreemde/onhandige plek. Maar dit is zelf te verplaatsen.

Чудові, прості апартаменти. Дуже чисто, просторо, є великий балкон. Сантехніка та сауна — у відмінному стані. На кухні є все необхідне для приготування їжі. Буде привітна та чуйна господарка. Єдина дрібниця, яку хотілося б додати — сіль, цукор та олія на кухні. Загалом залишилися дуже приємні враження.
