The hotel boasts a stunning location, providing an exquisite backdrop for our stay. The staff were professional and went above and beyond to assist us. The Safari Club offered all the amenities we needed during our safari, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time with them while reconnecting with the beauty of Africa.

The staff are beyond wonderful. Special mention: Sharon, the front office manager, Stephen - housekeeping. Michael, Humpfreys, Maria, Omondi, Stephen, Hassan and Paul from the restaurant. I have given a 10 rating for this property only because of the amazing staff who were so nice, kind and helpful.
Way too expensive for what you get, location a bit far - hard to find transportation from Nairobi, activities are a rip off, amenities could be better. Food could have been better and a bit unfair to charge for the tray which can be more than what the food costs. The switchboard at the hotel too slow.
