Apartment Caspar

Very nice and modern apartment, 3 bathrooms, 3 toilets, 2 rainshowers, 1 bath all in perfect condition. Kudos on the kitchen which was well stocked with pans and cutlery. Bedrooms were very good (sound) isolated, which is nice if you bring kids. Beds are boxspring with topper, very comfy (... but the pillows?!)

Unfortunately it is a big list. Let's start with key pickup. My father in law was the first to arrive and went to the reception to pick up the keys. He had to wait at least 5 minutes before he was noticed by the two people there that were just showing each-other things on their phone... The chairs at the diner table look comfy but you sink away much more than comfortable and I only weigh 70KG. The kitchen had good assortment of cutlery and pans but a big saucepan with lid (for e.g. a nice pasta sauce) was missing. Although the beds were of very good quality the pillows were definitely not. They felt light, uneven, and wobbly. Very cheap. Also be aware of the location of the actual apartment! all mentioned distances, eg to elevator or closest lift are based on the location of the reception where you pick up your keys. The apartment was way further away and not nearly as close to the grocery store, ski-lifts and baby piste as advertised. Please fix this. Service was really below standard. I asked weeks in advance for a babycot, and it was promised to be there made up and all. It wasn't, fair enough, I called and it was delivered within 45 minutes. But after they brought the cot we also discovered there was also no baby chair.... come on. If people ask for a babycot you should also know they also require a babychair for their child to sit in during a meal. No excuse. We had to wait till Monday before it arrived because we noticed it Saterday (on day of arrival) after closing hours.... Sorry to say this, but theres something wrong with your service if you think that that is normal. There was no information in the apartment what to do with the trash, perhaps an information folder would be helpful? After several mails back and forth we were finally told where (exactly) to drop the full bag and to buy a new bag at the grocery-store. For the price paid I would think that our hosts could have provided us with one or two additional bags free of cost..
