Flachau and the house are very close to the highway, making it a great place to rest on our journey to the sea. It is close to the market and to some restaurants, cafes, and bars (a 10-minute walk). Breakfast was nice and sufficient. We enjoyed it. The parking lot was big enough for all guests.
Only one thing requires attention to avoid surprise - not necessarily a bad thing. Accommodation at Ferienhaus Eva consists of apartments, each with two rooms and a kitchen. This means that if you travel in a small group, you will share the kitchen with another small group. Each room in the apartment has its own door and bathroom, like a proper hotel. Privacy is fully ensured, so no real issue with having a shared kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped. We enjoyed it, but we recommend better describing this feature so people are not scared.

The hospitality was amazing, it was woderfully clean and pretty, location is what we wanted for our vacation, the breakfast was superb.
Unfortunatly, it happened to be a very hot week all over Europe, and no fans or AC.
Leaving the window open helped a bit:)

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Üppiges Frühstück zubereitet und auf dem eigenen Zimmer serviert. Sehr gute und trotzdem ruhige Lage. Wunderschöne Aussicht. Mehrere Möglichkeiten zum Essen zu Fuß in 5 min erreichbar.
