Noce cozy hotel as a basis for trips around Zeeland

Noce looking hotel. Cozy lobby. Very dog friendly. Swimmingpool. Large rooms. Topcoats on the bed.

I had a deluxe room abd tbh did not see mucb difference with the classical room i had last time apart from a separate seating area. Some dust webs ob the ceiling. Paying for the bathrobes and slippers is imp exaggerated. Pillows too thick for me.

Great getaway location.

Bike rental was convenient, we were able to use the spa with towels only(provided by the reception), no payment was needed.

The room and bed cleaning could be better. On high season, parking is difficult. We had to park on the hotel next to it(200-300m away)

Wonderful hotel with the most comfortable beds, great breakfast, generous time slots (pool open until 23:00, breakfast until 11h00)

Hotel was a bit too full, we had hard times finding a table in the breakfast room.

The dinner was okay but not great. The standard and cleanliness of the hotel could be greatly improved. The carpets, showers, balconies, furniture, etc.

Dirty hotel

The entree with the lobby looks nice!

Literally everything was dirty. Like a nightmare, hair from former guests in the bed and the bathroom of the bad smelling room. There where dirty carpets in the rooms and broken walls. Totally no flair in the room also. Then we went to the wellness where everything is even worse. The floors a moddy , the pool extremely dirty and the sunbeds moldy.

Beds are uncomfortably small. For the price, I had not expected to sleep in bed consisting of two single-beds shoved together. Interior of the rooms are also a bit dated.

The situation of the hotel is quite nice and the decoration of the hotel quite modern and trendy!

The room was not clean. The breakfast service was quite poor and the choices limited. Finding a parking place is always quite difficult. The check-out a nightmare (waiting for 20 mins. at least)!

Poor

We have just returned from a 3 night stay at this hotel, this was our third stay here. Despite a successful renovation at the level of the lobby bar and the restaurant, nevertheless a view to the outside still does not exist, it is very dark there. we can frankly say that this place is aging badly cause at the level of the corridors/rooms wall paper is peeling off the wall at the exit from the swimming pool and that does not make a "Grand" hotel...Concerning our room, we had asked for a "superior" one, in terms of space there was indeed no lack of it, but the furniture in the 2 spaces (bed + TV lounge) was completely insufficient and gave us an unpleasant feeling of coldness, a room without any charm. The worst, the cleanliness of the place especially at the level of the TV room, important layers of dust at the level of the door hinges of the balcony and many cobwebs at the level of several corners of the ceiling. This was reported to reception and after housekeeping the bed was made but nothing in terms of cleanliness. Too bad and that will not encourage us to come back a fourth time.

A great hotel to relax and discover Zeeland, too expensive fot what it is.

The room was spacious; having ample space was appreciated. The bathroom was modern and clean, with an Italian shower. The staff was polite and multilingual (at least Dutch and English). The wellness center (sauna, swimming pool), included in the price, was a nice touch.

Too many additional costs: the parking (14 EUR for the stay), slippers for the room (2 EUR per pair)... The breakfast is needlessly expensive, as well as the restaurant. As for the TV, English and French speaking channels were unavailable.

Its an elegant large hotel.

We were on the top floor and the bed had no head and was about three feet form the wall so impossible to sit up in. There was a large TV but only one comfortable chair (other was a straightback desk chair) so basically no way to watch the TV. I cannot imagine what those who set up the room were thinking. 23.50 euros for breakfast, really?

Nice hotel, good location, a bit of TLC would make it great

Check in was initially disappointing - the lady didn't make eye contact and when asked if our room was ready she replied No (without making any checks). Our experience improved significantly when Sjors became involved - he was helpful and professional. The same can be said of Roan in the restaurant who went out of his way to assist us. Much appreciated, thank you.

The bedroom was a little bit tired - a bin hanging off the wall, a hairdryer that was sparking!. The bathroom floor was not so clean.

Lovely hotel in a great location.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The food in the restaurant was very good and there was a wide choice of good quality items at breakfast. The location was perfect for accessing the beach and nature

Though bath robes were offered they had always run out whenever we asked. We weren't able to book into the spa. It seemed difficult to get hold of them. Personally the beds were a bit soft for me

Once and never again

The bed

Spa and sauna's were defect, not working and overall a very small spa area which did not justify the pictures on the site. Breakfast was very poor and no treat. Arriving Sunday evening were not allowed to enter the restaurant without reservation, but could have heavily overpriced snacks in the lobby which were of low quality but high price. We stayed for 2 days, but the room was not cleaned during that period. The neighbours had a dog in their room which was noticable and noisy.

The beds were comfy, but too be quite honest this hotel did not meet my expectations.

First of all the staff wasn’t very friendly, I had to carry my own bags with a cart upstairs. Then the steam room wasn’t working. The rooms weren’t cleaned well. I asked for flowers in my room and they weren’t even put in a vase but in a wine cooler. The breakfast was messy. The phone in the room didn’t work. The hotel was not clean out the outside. The paint was chipping from the walls at the pool. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel total waste of money and time.

Very expensive with poor service

The location was good. It was very convenient to hop on many walking routes straight from the hotel.

Every morning we would put up a sign on doorknob “Please clean my room”, however that never happened. We needed to use same towels during our entire stay. The hotel also needed a lot of maintenance. Doorknob of sauna doors were broken as well we ladder to enter the pool. There was no fridge in the room. We paid 20€ extra per day for our dog as well, but did not receive good service for the money paid. All in all, the stay was very expensive and facilities/service were not up to the standard they were charging.
