A beautiful hotel looking over the river. Delicious restaurant. Nice pool. Majority of staff nice.
One staff member on check in was rude. Service in the restaurant was mainly ok. Hotel a little dated. No fridge in the room.

the bed was comfortable. bathroom was big and clean. The complementary cake that was waiting for us in the room was amazing. better than everything we ate at the two stars restaurant in the hotel.
1. very old. should be renovated. feels outdated.
2. room service is super expensive and consists of dishes mostly taken from the Michelin star menu. Room service should be simple and satisfying food.
3. the air conditioning didn’t work. they fixed it in few hours.
4. the location is horrible. beside walking alongside the beautiful river, there’s really nothing to do.
