Rooms are reasonably spacious and clean … …However read my comment below…

Having travelled all over the world for the last 25 years , with hundreds of different hotel check-ins , I have never had such a rude host / owner experience . The very abrupt proprietor of this facility should remove himself from the front desk and guest services immediately . Unbelievably halfway through our check-in , he just left and seemed to go down the back somewhere and sell some radom item out of a shed to somebody else , after about 10 minutes of us yelling out “ hello hello hello “ he came back as if no time had passed and nothing was wrong , no apology, and continued his abrupt behaviour . Although the rooms are reasonably spacious and clean and quite central , they are right on the road and very noisy . The owner of this property will ONLY accept cash ( very odd ) when Booking.com says, credit cards accepted . Booking.com clearly states this facility has a fridge, when we got there he argued that we hadn’t paid enough, he needs to supply a fridge ( as clearly stated in his Booking.com listing ) , or correct the listing. Ultimately we got no fridge , even though that was one of the reasons we booked the hotel based on his incorrect listing . Whoever you’re booking agent is or quotes , trust me it will be more when you get to this property , as the owner will force you to buy coupons for the beach and toilets. We accept there is local additional city tax, but his extra amount pushed the entire price up by 10% ( all in cash ) . It was also the first time ever I was required to check-out before 9 o’clock in the morning, this also strikes me as odd . If you don’t want a ‘ stern ‘ German man treating you like a child , with so many odd and misleading conditions , then book somewhere else ….

I paid 10 % more, due to local taxes which had not been explained before. I could not sleep at all due to noises from the streets and from the other rooms. Very limited sound-proof.

Location is great and close to the Binzer Strand. In all i personally like my stay, staff ware friendly and room was also cleaned. Only negative point is that they don't accept card payments, cash payment is the only option available.

The hotel only accepts cash payments, but on booking.com says the hotel accepts credit cards. No shampoo, no shower gel in the bathroom, not even a bag of tea or instant coffee in the room. The beds are extremely hard, the pillows extremely soft. The bungalow is very small with low ceilings. Had to wait outside for a host to show up for more than 15 minutes while he was in his office in the next building. The host was arrogant and not helpful at all. Check out 9am. No space to extend stay or leave luggage at the hotel. Extremely overpriced for a small bungalow like room in the garden. Never again. Thanks.

Owner was rude from the beginning. Acted annoyed about questions, didnt listen, interrupted constantly. Raised extra charges and got quite loud when asked about what they were for. Everything seemed correct in the end but he could have stayed friendly and transparent about the extra charges. Room was loud and right next to the storage room, where they rummaged until late in the evening, although there clearly we're better rooms available. Some also seemed to have better views. Mine looked out on the parking lot - and the parking lot looked back. Had to keep the blinds shut at all times. Wouldnt recommend and wont book again.

Host is easy going, good location, nice garden, decent water pressure

Shower drain clogged, hair on supposedly fresh bedsheets, very thin door (noisy), worn through mattress

Friendly staff and good location, there are no bargains on Rügen but this place is almost reasonable.

Beds aren't super comfortable and the kitchen is basic, but with so many great restaurants in the town you don't need to use it.

The price is too higher for basics stuffs
