Good location for transit travelers. No need to enter Warsaw city center
Very uncomfortable beds. A pillar in the middle of the room made it difficult to move around safely. There are few guests in winter, so part of the breakfast is served from the refrigerator (from the previous day).

Good location for those who want to be far away from city noise. Clean rooms, good breakfast, nice SPA zone with pool, jacuzzi and sauna.

Really nice atmosphere, loved the spa (the steam room especially). Breakfast was tasty, beds super comfy, and the big TV was a plus. Great location, surrounded by nature, and the staff were really friendly. Overall, a great stay!
Some things could be better: no free flip-flops or robes (you have to buy them for 20 and 10 PLN), and there’s no kettle, tea/coffee, or fridge in the room. The biggest disappointment though was the waitress/bartender in the hotel restaurant (blonde, in a black uniform). She seemed unwilling to communicate, wasn’t polite, and looked at us quite rudely.

The atmosphere was very pleasant, everything looked wonderful at the reception and in the dining room.
However, two things spoiled the experience: 1) the window in our room didn't open and there was no fresh air, and 2) we ordered two steaks and the meat wasn't fresh, and the cocktail was served in a broken glass. The impression of the evening was ruined.
