My biggest disappointment with a hotel in the Netherlands yet.
Localization
Stinky and dusted room, no doors to the shower, barely working refrigerator with mold inside, they tried to ask for extra city tax meanwhile it was paid, no free parking for this prize is a joke

Excellent place to stay, close to city center, safe neighborhood and romantic walks.
Hotel was in great location! Walking around was safe - breakfast was well worth the money! Room was spacious, loved the bath tub, great view of homes behind us - saw fireworks for New Year's Eve right out our window!
The beds were not the most comfortable, but we got used to them. That is the only thing I wish was better - made me toss & turn a little more than I would have liked. Overall the room was great - just hard beds.

A great location. Very quiet. Tentative and kind staff. Centralized enough but not crowded in. Great restaurant next-door. Great, beautiful bathtub.
I asked that the bathtub be cleaned and it never was. I had to do it myself. When there are bathtubs, they should be cleaned daily. I’ll make sure of it next time I go there. Thank you.

Pleasant stay in a simple, comfortable, unpretentious hotel. I really liked this experience.
The hotel rooms are big and the beds comfortable. It is quite a big hotel, with a simple, non-fussy atmosphere. I liked the spaciousness of the communal areas too.
When there was a rush at the front desk, the staff had quite a lot to do. They were very friendly and helpful, but it did sometimes mean waiting for things like checking in and checking out.
