Be prepared to take care of yourself. Don't rely on the FD

I was on a high floor, so I could see the Romeo and Juliet mountains.

The Front Desk agent was rude in the morning upon check out (was a middle aged hombre). He didn't want to call a cab for me, which the cab dispatches were having problems understanding my broken Spanish. I finally got him to do it and he called a very expensive cab, probably out of spite. It cost me $200 pesos to go to the bus depot, which was a Kilometer or less away

Wi-Fi didn't work, shower was cold, we had to wait until 22 they fix it. Location is near the bus station but not nice surroundings. Noisy night as the parking is inside the hotel so you can here the cars alarms when they arrive and leave the premises. Restaurant portions very poor. The tv is from the 80's

I got a King size bedroom tat was quite big and comfy. The room and toilet were super clean. The staff very friendly and helpful and in the morning you can get a very tasty breakfast (extra)

Sometimes, day and night, I weird and loud noise came from nearby my room. I think a pump or a generator. During the day was ok but when it happened at 1 am that was sucks

Las puertas de los baños no tienen seguro, la cama es muy dura, las regaderas no tienen buena presión de agua (no salen), no tienen bien el agua caliente, no hacen servicio a habitación, a menos que tu solicites, almohadas muy duras, las cobijas son muy viejas, recepcionista de la tarde y noche poco amables, te dan las llaves de mala gana, y luego no te dejan entrar luego a la habitación. Hay mucho ruido, todo el tiempo están subiendo y bajando las escaleras, no respetan las horas de descanso... En general siento que si tienes mucha necesidad de llegar cerca de la central de autobuses está bien. Pero si vas de OCIO NO LO RECOMIENDO....

Que la habitación estaba limpia y bien ordenaba. Todo funcionando correctamente. La cama sin ningún problema.

Hubo un poco de dificultad para conectarse al Wi-Fi, intenté a la red principal pero no daba acceso a Internet, Con la red secundaria pude conectarme.

La recepcionista cero atenta , no te explica nada . Nos dimos cuenta que el costo de la habitación en el hotel es mucho mas baja que por booking. Aun segun con descuento de booking , no te orienta nada sobre los alrededores , el baño olía horrible, puertas rotas y manijas también. Baño con hongos por todos lados. Paredes sucias y con humedad, definitivamente le fslta mantenimiento, incluso las sábanas rotas y delgadas por viejas

El wifi no llegaba a mi cuarto, en la noche era imposible usarlo, las instalaciones están limpias pero necesitan mantenimiento, había contactos de luz rotos o desarmados, las cobijas olían mucho a cloro y me causo alergias

El espacio amplio y el restaurante 10/10, muy rico todo y muy amable la cheffff. Dejé guardada mis cosas, lo hicieron y sin cobrar más, se agradece el cuidado.

Sentí que había ruido en la noche, quizás fue temporada alta, de ahí en fuera sí volvería a hospedarme aquí.

ADOのバスターミナルから近いホテルとして選択しました（出口を間違えるとちょっと遠いです）。閑静なエリアでコンビニも徒歩1分のところにあり便利でした。旧市街へはバスで20分くらいで出れます。スタッフの方も皆さん感じが良いです。

エレベーターがありません。チェックイン時はスタッフの方が4階まで持って上がってくださって「チェックアウト時は部屋の内線電話でレセプションに電話したら手伝うからね」と言われましたが、電話機は壊れていて、結局自分で降ろしました。大きな荷物を持っている方は下の階をオファーしたらよいと思います。

Llegó un huesped en la madrugada al lado de mi habitación y encendió el televisor a un volumen muy alto. Le toqué y dijo que iba a bajarle, no lo hizo. Fui a recepción y me dijo que podían hacer lo que quisieran. En general no me ayudó el de la recepción
