Izuzetno ljubazno i predusetljivo osoblje. Odlična lokacija, na oko 80-ak metara od početne stanice gondole. Udobna skijašnica u okviru hotela. Dobro snabdevena prodavnica u blizini, uz objekat hotela.

The location. The guy who takes care of the luggage and parking is great. Parking available which is very important in Jahorina.
The room is very small with old furniture. The mattress of bad quality, carpets very old and dirty. Breakfast could be much better, every day the same food. The ski room is not accessible directly from the hotel, you need to walk outside to the back of the hotel. The price is just not reflecting the value, for that money you can have better in Jahorina.
