Beautiful and cozy cabin located close enough to town to be convenient and far enough away to be peaceful!

The cabin was clean and well appointed. The kitchen had everything for cooking we could want and more! The beds were comfortable and the sauna was hot!!! Location was great!! We saw amazing northern lights right outside!! It was such a cozy place to stay and the staff was really nice!! They greeted us and had the cabin nice and warm on arrival!

Exceptional

Excellent apartments. Warm and cozy, the kitchen has everything you need to cook. Beds are comfortable, sauna is great. We saw a herd of deer passing along the path in the forest.

Good value close to Kuusamo

The house was very clean and more spacious than you would expect. It has everything you need and there is tons of cabinet space for all your clothes. The location is quiet, as everywhere in Kuusamo, but the town with its big supermarkets are only 10 minutes away by car. In this sense the location is far superior to Ruka. Kuusamon Tropiikki, with the spa, restaurant and bar, are within walking distance across the lake.

The children's playground area, as other public areas of the campground, do show their age.

Autolla kohtuullinen matka kaikkialle: keskustaan kaupoille ja Rukan laskettelukeskukseen.

Sängyt olivat jo parhaat päivänsä nähneet, kuten myös vuodevaatteet. Paikka oli perussiisti ja toimiva isommallekin porukalle.

Mökki oli hyvä ja kaikki tarvittava saatavilla.

Esitteessä oli että Tropiikkiin 400 m,jäi arvoitukseksi, että mistä kautta niin lyhyt matka, autotietä pitkin pari kilometriä.

Hyvä huonejärjestely. Suihkuun tarvittasiin maitolasiseinäke, jotta voisi käydä vessassa, vaikka joku suihkussa.

Paikka oli rauhallinen ja kaikki oleellinen löytyi majoituksesta, niin kuin oli luvattukin. Ohjeet olivat hyvät ja toimivat.

Huoneisto hiukan kaipaisi pintaremonttia ja pölyisyyden vuoksi kärsimme hiukan tukkoisuudesta erityisesti yön jälkeen.

Siisti mökki, hyvät sängyt (eli hyvät unet), takka pelasi ja polttopuita oli valmiina

Keittiöstä puuttui leivinpaperi, mutta uunipellit olivat kuitenkin siistejä eli ei jääny patongit paistamatta. Suihkun ikkunassa olisi voinut olla verho tai joku muu näköeste.
