Situated on the edge of the quaint village of Svoronata, this five bedroom villa will satisfy your desire for culture and beauty. It makes for the perfect getaway, where the pace of life slows down, allowing you to appreciate the idyllic surroundings, with such proximity to a small church, and savour each passing moment.
With all bedrooms being ensuite, this house provides for the perfect combination of luxury and authenticity, allowing you to fully embrace the Kefallonian culture. There are two large double bedrooms located on the ground floor (separate entrance) finished with very fresh and light colours, of which include a luxurious sofa for the ultimate level of comfort. The remaining three bedrooms are situated on the second floor, in the roof, which affords a very rich sense of architecture. Beautifully designed, all three bedrooms are equipped with twin beds. Each bedroom has an individual design which contribute to the artistic ambience of the house.
The ground floor includes a spacious custom designed kitchen that will allow you to fulfil your wildest culinary dreams and is conveniently located next to the large, wooden dining table that creates the perfect setting for some unforgettable family meals. There is also an open plan lounge that includes a comfortable seating area as well as an additional table and chairs. An interesting feature of this house is that there are two staircases, one of which has been beautifully crafted out of wood, emphasizing the authentic nature of this place. The high ceilings of the ground floor also take part in creating an airy and spacious feel.

Having just spent a week at the villa, I cannot give the property and owner enough praise.
This was a trip for my 40th Birthday and it was perfect. Labros arrived with a cake on my birthday and delivered us home made pastry’s which were his mothers recipe.
The villa is amazing, spacious, beautiful and with everything you could need. The outdoor grill area and pool are particularly good for entertaining.
The local area has amazing beaches, and a good selection of quality restaurants. Labros recommend Vinaries in Argostoli which we went to twice, fabulous fish by the bay.
We will defiantly come back!

The property was stunning. Looks as good in the photos as it does in real life. The hosts were very accommodating and provided us with high chairs and cots for the children. A cleaner came every day and the place was spotless. Would very much recommend.

The property is beautiful and well appointed. We were a family of 9 each with our own space and a central kitchen and living room to gather together. The pool was very enjoyable, cool and clean. Efficient air conditioning. Lovely gardens surrounding the house with shade. Easy to navigate to Argostoli and beaches. We had a great time - nice and relaxing to have such a beautiful home base.

Wir waren vier Nächte in diesem wunderschönen Haus. Es spricht für sich selbst, dass wir am Ende dieser Zeit einfach nicht weg wollten. Doch ich muss noch hinzufügen, dass es sich nicht um ein Haus handelt, sondern um eine richtige Villa. Sie hat unsere hohen Erwartungen stets und in bester Weise erfüllt. Herr Theotokatos war sehr nett und aufmerksam und hatte für uns auch kleine gastronomischen Überraschungen parat. Man konnte merken, wieviel Zeit und Arbeit in das Haus investiert wurde. Die Dekoration passt dem Haus und der Umgebung wunderbar und da trifft man ab und zu wertvolle Dekorationsstücke und Bücher aus älteren Zeiten.
Das Anwesen und die verschiedenen Räume sind groß genug um verschiedene Ambienten zu ermöglichen und man hat nie den Eindruck in einem Haus eingeschlossen zu sein, sei es am Pool, am Grill, im Garten, auf dem Hof, in der Küche oder im Wohnzimmer. Der Parkingplatz ist auch großzügig.
Der nächste Strand ist zu Fuß erreichbar doch an heißen Tagen kann der Weg lang werden.
Die Schlafzimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet und die Badezimmer modern und geräumig.
Auch wenn Kefalonia eine wunderbare Insel ist, doch haben wir die besten Stunden unseres Urlaubs in dieser Villa verbracht. Sie fehlt uns schon so sehr!
