The facilities offer perfect value for money. Prompt service from the staff when I requested amenities, such as a hairdryer (they even sent me two) and sheets. Prompt service. Returning to Warsaw, which I will certainly do again if available, I will stay in this apartment. Central location or neighborhood. Close to shopping malls and the metro. Quiet building. Super quiet. Neighbors I met in the elevator. Super friendly. I liked them.

Certainly, regarding the cleanliness, to be quite fair, I was referring to the floor, which is actually quite worn and gives the impression that it could use waxing. Otherwise, I found the apartment clean.

Clean, nice and cozy place.

Reception staff was very helpful and friendly, you can drop your luggage in the office if you arrive early like we did.

Overall, there are signs of wear here and there but that is not the major proble. The major problem is in the bedroom. Boy, that bed is as comfortable as a discounter seat on a long-haul night flight. It creaks loudly at every movement, shakes on its unstable legs like a boat. It totally, disgracefully sucks. Capital Apartments, If you have a slightest respect to your visitors, let that bed die gracefully! Let it go, install something proper instead! Besides, that blanket is not_meant_for_two, it's for one, and trying to squeeze two persons under one small blanket is equally bad. Similarly small is the room - I am 180 cm and I didn't fit in lengthwise!
