Absolutely comfortable and clean apartments close to Theresienwiese. To be recommended for families.

Absolutely marvelous apartment: very nice size, super kitchen and bed equipment. Perfect price-service ratio. No breakfast - but Münchener Rischart in the ground floor. Brand new inner renovation. Very tasty coffee in the kitcheonett.

We were a bit confused how to do the independent check in - the reception is not obvious to find. But finally it was all fine. So it turned out not to be a problem.

Modern furnished, very comfortable and clean apartments near the Rofan Seilbahn.

Location is great, near bus stops, cafe and some restaurants. Takes less than 5mins to walk to the rofan seilbahn, up hill a bit. Buses aren't that frequent to other areas so you need to check the timetable, which was a bit confusing. Easy to go to other parts of Achensee on the bus.

It's great as long as your expectations are for a quieter family friendly place for beginners to learn to ski. Would I come back to the area? Yes. Would I stay in these apartments again? Definitely.

Heerlijke locatie voor een actieve vakantie of om juist rustig aan te doen

De locatie; midden in het dorp met verschillende winkels en restaurants binnen 5 minuten lopen en een bakkerij onder het appartement voor verse broodjes. Daarnaast is het een perfecte uitval voor verschillende wandelingen en loop je in 5 minuten naar de lift. De ruimte in het appartement, de voorzieningen, het uitzicht op het gebergte, parkeerplekken. En bovenal de gastvrouw is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam!

Als we dan toch een puntje feedback moeten geven; de kussens zouden iets meer vulling kunnen gebruiken.

Odlična nastanitev

Gostiteljica je bila zelo prijazna in ustrežljiva. Nastanitev ima lastno parkirišče. Opremljenost apartmaja je bila odlična, pohvalil bi kuhinjo, kjer je bilo užitek pripraviti obrok. Kopalnica je super, predvsem nama je bil všeč držalo v tuš kabini in polička za odlaganje tuš gela. Čistoča brez pripomb. Razporeditev prostorov je zelo dobra. Najbolj pa nama je bil všeč balkon s pogledom na hribe (enota 100) , smreke in borovci pa diskretno zakrivajo pogled na sosednje objekte. Pod balkonom je ozkotirna železnica s turističnim parnim vlakom, ki doda pridih romantike. Užitek je bilo zvečer posedeti na balkonu ob kozarčku primerno ohlajenega zelenega vetlinerja. Če le tega zmanjka je v recepciji zaloga buteljk in vitrina z dobrotami (šunka, sir ...) seveda proti plačlilu. Lokacija je odlična saj so v bližini trgovine in lokali odprti tudi v nedeljo.

Edina pripomba, ki pa ni povezana z nastanitvijo, je skromna uporabna vrednost turistične kartice v primerjavi s karticami regije Lungau ali Fiss, ki nudijo precej uporabnih možnosti.

Achensee Urlaub

Wohnung 100 Eine sehr schöne Wohnung, der es an nichts fehlt, sehr modern eingerichtet, ein sehr großer Balkon mit Blick auf die Berge und die historische Achenseebahn ... immer wieder ein schönes Spektakel wenn sie vorbeifährt. Super Lage, kurze Wege, zum See, zum Bus, zum Lebensmittelmarkt, zur Seilbahn ... rundum perfekt.
