Friendly clean modern well equipped great location on the beach

It has a family atmosphere, staff were welcoming and smiling. Even though their restaurant wasn't yet opened for meals, they kindly prepared me and my dad a delicious dinner with fresh squid and rich greek salad.
Their dog, Lily, is cute and quiet.
It's located in a peaceful area, and it has direct entrance to the beach. It's around 25 minutes driving to Patras city.
Breakfast was prepared by request, and there's an outdoor meal are that allows you to enjoy the sunshine or the sound of waves.
Bedroom had a spacious balcony, and the room was medium size.
Water had good pressure.
Communal areas were welcoming and felt like home.
Beds weren't the most comfortable and wardrobe was slightly outdated and broken at the bottom.
Room would benefit from some renovation.

Lovely location overlooking the sea.
Property is clean and staff friendly but needs to be refurbished/modernised. So much potential just needs a little update.
