good area but not nice

we actually did not stay at Grupo. they moved us last minute to another condo in Polanco. it wasn’t as pictured in the photo’s

the toilet didn’t work properly. they never a dressed the toilet or even looked at it

Muy bien ubicado el lugar, con muy buenas amenidades y personal muy amable, definitivamente me volvería a quedar.

Lo único malo fue que el internet era muy lento y se iba muy seguido. La señal también era un poco mala, pero de ahí en más, todo perfecto.

No hay desayunos, es un depto con cocinera.

Almohadas y Colchón muy mal. Se oyen ruidos de todos los vecinos, y los olores de comida de los vecinos, se comparten x todos los deptos. Las toallas están muy viejas.

solo la ubicación y la amabilidad del conserje

Departamento rentado ubicado en el sotano, literal abajo del estacionamiento. Abrir las ventanas del baño era lo mas asqueroso que habia visto ya que es la coladera de arriba. Techo del baño principal enmohecido por el hecho de q no se abre la ventana ya que esta abajo de coladera de estacionamiento. Fotos no coinciden con lo que anuncian en la pagina. Tengo fotos de todo para comprobar lo que digo. Cama principal dura y desagradable. Ah! y me cobran estancia de mi perro cuando dice se aceptan mascotas. Se tiene que buscar entre lineas que la mascota tiene un costo extra.

La amabilidad del portero y la amabilidad y la limpieza de la señora Nora.

El apartamento necesita una reforma. La tostadora no funcionaba y quemaba el pan. El toallero se cayó. Las sartenes y menaje de cocina requieren urgentemente una renovación. No hay ni una sola tienda para comprar comestibles cerca. Hay que tomar un taxi para ir al supermercado más cercano. Es una pena que el apartamento esté tan dejado, pues con una buena reforma, sería maravilloso.

Los cristales y muros delgados que hacen que se oiga todo lo que pasa en la calle o en otros pisos. Cuando hace frío es un congelador

Sí la recomienda, volvería en otra ocasión como mi segunda opción.

La ubicación está muy accesible para llegar a cualquier otro lugar, en mi caso era llegar al Centro CitiBanamex. La limpieza del lugar es muy buena, el equipamiento es muy completo, un poco desgastado pero muy completo para una estancia de varios días. Las habitaciones amplias y los baños en general en buen estado.

Es un departamento sin aire acondicionado y en la mañana le dá mucho el sol de frente por lo que la habitación principal se siente muy cálida. No hay clima ni ventilador, al menos. El baño tenía una pequeña ventana con malos olores, se cierra y no pasa nada. Los muebles un poco desgastados pero en general en buen estado.
