Great accommodation for family holidays

Good set-up for the holiday village with plenty of activities available for kids on site as well.

The restaurant left a lot to be desired. We tried both the breakfast and the evening Buffets and they were quite limited in choice and food variety.

A lovely place to stay at with children - everything one needs for a relaxed break.

The location of the apartments were great as they are in walking distance to the swimming pool and indoor playground. The apartment was spacious and clean and had everything a family needed. The small playroom, an excellent playground and the petting zoo were the absolute highlight for our children.

The food at the restaurant was good but the choice was rather limited if one doesn’t like local food. Unfortunately our children didn’t take to the kids meals but the restaurant had seemed popular with other families.

Breakfast was not available for the guests . I was expecting them to be able to cover the amount of guests in terms of breakfast places , and there was no possibility to eat breakfast close by - so we had to travel early in the morning to find food. Not ideal

A great place to stay!

I really like this park, we have been here many times, and we are going to come here again. There is everything for a wonderful holiday - a wonderful location next to the thermal baths, wonderful spacious rooms, excellent beds, a fully equipped kitchen, a fireplace, access to a natural terrace where you can arrange a grill, and much more. A big positive aspect is the two-story apartment, which allows you to put the children to sleep upstairs in the evening and sit yourself downstairs by the fireplace. The front desk staff were friendly and always helpful. Everything was fine, except for one unpleasant moment, which I will describe in the negative reviews section.

The cost of accommodation was significantly increased (120 Euro) at the moment of check-out without prior notice to us. After that, the hotel director Mrs. Bettina Bade rudely reprimanded me over the phone. Here is our story. After booking we changed the number of guests. This was done prior to the possible free cancellation date. We received confirmation from the hotel about the new number of people, but did not receive any warning about the change in the cost of the stay. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were confirmed by the change in the number of guests, but also were not warned about the change in the cost of staying. Upon departure, we received a final payment, in which the cost of staying was 120 euros more expensive. We did not argue, paid the bill, and then wrote a polite letter to the hotel management. What happened next really shocked us. Mrs. Bettina Bade phoned me (!) and scolded me like a boy, calling me "young man" instead of the accepted "Mr. Name". She pointed out to me my bad German, constantly raised her voice, and in the end just hung up without saying goodbye. Still now I don't understand why she simply did not write a letter and explain everything to me politely. In the field of tourism, in which I have also been working for many years, there is a concept of "customer focus". I'm afraid this is not familiar to Mrs. Bettina Bade. It's a pity.

Very elegant but a bit pricey apartments, in a good location, but with unfriendly staff

The apartment was very spacious, very well done, not cluttered with stuff, had shutters to really make the rooms dark in the summer. Huge bathroom. Well equipped kitchen. There are some great outdoors in accessible distance including the Therme/Spa next door (a must in any visit)

The staff at the reception were really rude -- they did not want to speak in English (made no apologies about it). Shockingly it was the young staff member were discourteous (although this does not come as a particular shock in this part of Germany) -- we are not white. They made us wait outside for 10 minutes as they did not want to let us in before the scheduled check in time (which is silly in my opinion). Even though some of us spoke German they never bothered to tell us about our apartment -- we learnt only on the last day that there were additional amenities in a store room next to the apartment after repeatedly asking for things. It is misleading the description that they have washing machine in the apartments. They dont. They only have a wash service that one must pay for additionally.

A simple yet enjoyable one night stay, most enjoyed by our toddler.

The petting zoo was great for kids. Restaurant on site and beer garden was enjoyable and better than I expected. Plenty of space in the one bedroom apartment.

Rooms are a little dated. Currently, no breakfast offering (due to COVID). An ironing board in the room would have been useful.

Wie immer ein toller Aufenthalt in Templin!

Die Größe und Ausstattung sind hervorragend. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Wir lieben den Tierhof und es ist klasse, dass es einen Rabatt für die Therme gibt.

Es war sehr warm in der Unterkunft als wir sie bezogen und es war schwer, Wärme runter zu regulieren. Ich persönlich habe deshalb nicht so gut geschlafen. Es ist toll, dass die Zimmer für die Gäste erwärmt werden, aber auf der höchsten Stufe sollte die Heizung nicht stehen.

Ein sehr schöner Urlaub, den wir bestimmt wiederholen.

Die Wohnungen waren sehr schön groß, aber das Schlafzimmer war etwas beengt. Von den Häusern konnte man über kurze Wege zum Thermalbad kommen. Die Außenanlagen waren sauber und gepflegt und das Personal sehr freundlich. Die Kücheneinrichtung war reichlich um sich sein Essen selbst zuzu bereiten.

Das Frühstück war uns für 19€ unverhältnismäßig teuer. Für 1-2 Brötchen mit einem Getränk und etwas Obst ist der Preis viel zu hoch. Im Flur war eine Bewegungslampe, die aber nur sehr kurze Intervalle hatte.

Ein sehr schönes Objekt. Wir waren schon einmal dort, leider hatten wir ein Apartment für 4 Personen. Schlafen mussten wir auf ein Sofa. Das war allerdings so durch gesessen das das schlafen unmöglich gemacht hat

Das Frühstücksangebot war vielfältig. Alles war ansprechend angerichtet. Das Personal war freundlich und professionell. Der Weg von der Wohnung zum Restaurant ist sehr kurz. Man ist ebenfalls sehr schnell über einen kurzen Weg in der schönen Naturtherme.

Top Ferienpark, sehr Kinderfreundlich

Der Ferienpark liegt direkt neben der Therme, diese ist durch einen kurzen Weg zu erreichen. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön ausgestattet und es ist ein Restaurant direkt im Ferienpark vorhanden. Es gibt dort auch ein Streichelzoo und einen sehr großzügigen Kinderspielplatz mit einem Fußballfeld.

Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig , frisch und appetitlich angerichtet. Alles war sehr familien- und kinderfreundlich. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Wir haben die Ruhe und Natur genossen. Für Kinder bietet der große Spielplatz viele Möglichkeiten, ebenso der Streichelzoo. Die Naturtherme in unmittelbarer Nähe war eines unserer Highlights. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ein Paradies für Kinder und Erwachsene

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt. Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr kinderlieb und alles auf Kinder jeden Alters ausgerichtet. Ein toller großer Spielplatz und auch das Tiergehege war sehr schön. Die Ferienwohnung hatte alles was benötigt wird. Frühstück und Abendessen waren top mit 5 Sternen.👍👍👍

Familienurlaub im Ferienpark Schorfheide – mit kleinen Mängeln, aber großem Erholungswert

Wir waren mit vier Erwachsenen und einem Kleinkind vor Ort. Der Check-in verlief problemlos. Anfangs gab es kleinere Mängel im Ferienhaus (verstaubtes Zimmer, schmutziger Kühlschrank), die jedoch schnell und gründlich vom freundlichen Empfangspersonal behoben wurden – ein herzliches Dankeschön an die Auszubildende Elsa für ihren engagierten Einsatz. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet: Töpfe, Schüsseln, Toaster, Wasserkocher und ausreichend Geschirr sowie Besteck waren vorhanden. Einen Wäscheständer konnten wir bequem auf der Terrasse nutzen. Die Couch war bequem und der Essbereich großzügig gestaltet. Im Erdgeschoss befand sich ein Gäste-WC, im Obergeschoss ein Hauptbad mit Dusche und Badewanne. Hier wären zusätzliche Ablageflächen sowie ein dichteres Ablassventil in Dusche und Wanne wünschenswert – besonders im Hinblick auf Wassersparen. Die Schlafzimmer waren mit Betten unterschiedlicher Komfortstufen ausgestattet (z. B. verstellbare Kopfteile, eher harte Matratzen). Mückennetze waren kaum vorhanden, jedoch sorgten die Außenjalousien für ausreichend Schutz und gute Belüftung. Ein Kamin war vorhanden, wurde aufgrund der warmen Temperaturen jedoch nicht genutzt. Der Ferienpark bietet tolle Freizeitmöglichkeiten für Kinder: ein großer, gepflegter Spielplatz, ein liebevoll gestalteter Streichelzoo mit Ponyreiten und ein Spielzimmer bei schlechtem Wetter. Auch das Restaurant mit Spielecke hat uns überzeugt. Die Umgebung lädt zu Ausflügen ein – besonders der nahe Lübbesee mit sauberem Strand und Imbiss ist ein Highlight. Fazit: Trotz kleiner Anfangsmängel haben wir unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und sogar um einen Tag verlängert. Wir kommen im nächsten Jahr gerne wieder und empfehlen den Ferienpark uneingeschränkt weiter!

Toller Ferienpark für Groß und Klein

Der FerienPark ist schön angelegt. Es gibt tolle Spielmöglichkeiten für die Kinder. Die Wohnungen sind auf alles vorbereitet und sehen alle Bedarfe mit Kindern vor. Die Tiere begeistern die Kinder. Alles ist liebevoll angelegt.

Unsere Wohnung lag im hinteren Teil des Wohnparks. Aufgrund der vielen Bäume und Büsche um sie herum, war das für uns zu dunkel. Wir mochten auch den Geruch in dieser Wohnung nicht so gerne.
