Everything was perfect for us. The apartment was spacious and clean ,as well as quiet. The large playground and zoo were opposite. The evening meal and buffet breakfast was magiciant. And the play room in the restaurant worked so well for us. The kids were happy and so were we. Plus everyone we met was very helpful and friendly. Then we just had to go around the corner for the swimming pool - we could see it from our bedroom window!

Die Unterkunft war für unsere Reise mit zwei Kleinkinder hervorragend geeignet, Sicherheitsgitter an der Treppe, Reisebettchen und ein großes Wohnzimmer, in dem man sich auch bei schlechtem Wetter gut aufhalten konnte. Die Küche war mit allem, was man brauchte ausgestattet.
Im Streichelzoo konnten die Kinder sich wunderbar beschäftigen und die Kaninchen und Schafe füttern sowie eine Runde auf einem Pony reiten.
Das einzige, was man verbessern könnte, ist die Steckdosen mit einer Kindersicherung auszustatten. Das Gehege der Schweine hätte man etwas besser vom Kot reinigen können.

Tolle Lage, Therme super, Restaurant sehr gut, Unterkunft modern und sauber, ausreichend Parkplätze (und Möglichkeit, ein E-Auto zu laden).
Kommunikation war leider nicht gut. Man hat uns nicht informiert, dass der Sonntagsbrunch ausfällt… bei der Anreise mussten wir es bezahlen, ein Tag später hat man es nicht geschafft, uns zu erreichen…ein versuchter Anruf, keine Nachricht auf AB, per Mail oder in der Unterkunft. Es wäre so leicht gewesen… statt dessen Enttäuschung zur Brunchtime am Sonntag… kein Brunch und für das tolle Frühstücksbuffet ist es nun zu spät. Da steht man dann hungrig …
