    Lift always under maintenance. Need to carry luggage up but assisted by female staff on 17 April upon check in. Observed Staff under motivated but accede to request for help if asked

    Public bath required to wear swim suit and hat which most of tourists will not bring along. Only choice is to have hot spring inside the room. Unfortunately, the Jacuzzi is malfunctioning.
