La ubicación buenisima, muy cerca del centro de Llanes. Los colchones muy cómodos. Todo muy limpio. Bien equipado, Tenía todos los utensilios de cocina necesarios; secador, plancha, productos de limpieza.
No tenía ni ventiladores y tenías que abrir las ventanas, al ser abuhardillado te daba la luz en la cara muy temprano y las gaviotas estaban a primera hora. La luz de los baños muy muy pobrecita, Mal para aparcar
