Location several steps from the beach. Not overcrowded at the top of the season: this part of Podstrana has very little apartment houses and is very calm. There are some interesting hiking routes nearby. Free sun beds and sun parasols on the beach. Good air conditioning. Property is very clean and well maintained. The host tries hard to make guests' stay comfortable. Excellent wifi connection. The supermarket is 150m from the property.

The studio apartment has windows facing the main street and has no private terrace inside the apartment. But there is a very nice shared terrace outside. I would recommend the studio apartment for two persons as for three it is a bit tight (for short and/or budgets stays still more than ok), and for longer and more comfortable stays the apartments with sea front balcony.

Sound isolation was not so good.
