The secluded nature of the property was fabulous. The privacy of the villa and lovely staff.
The location was problematic as it took at least 20 mins to get into the main shopping and eating area in Canggu

The room was absolutely amazing — spotless, beautifully set up, and so comfortable that we genuinely could’ve stayed inside the whole holiday. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always making us feel welcome. Having food delivered straight to the room was such a luxury and made the stay even better.
Honestly, nothing. Everything exceeded expectations and made the stay perfect.

The property is clean and quiet. Great for a couples getaway. The staff were very friendly and always available. They also surprised us with a birthday cake.
Location was a bit off the centre.

I got a private pool, which had a nice outdoor area
Bed was made everyday
Staff was nice- private,
A fair few things wrong with the property
- toilet seat was broken
- shower head wasn’t working well
- when the bath jets were turned on it stank
- the roof was leaking (ended up dripping in my bag)
- sink was leaking but that got fixed when mentioned
And ect
For the price I paid for 4 days I would have expected a little bit better then constant problems :)
