La ubicación es muy buena y el personal muy amable.

Los baños se ven viejos y salieron bichitos. También entra mucho ruido del exterior, valdría la pena la inversión en ventanas anti ruidos... es buen hotel pero deben mejorar esos aspectos.

We Enjoyed our stay so much is relaxing walking distance to restaurants and cathedral.staff are very helpful, Mario from the restaurant is amazingly patience and very accommodating as well as the breakfast staff ,Front desk is very helpful everytime we ask something they are always willing to help out specially Erandi she smiles all the time she sees us.Lulu from housekeeping is wonderful, she cleans our room well .Lucia, Aide,carmen,Angie Lupita ,I hope Indidnt forget all the staff names they are all amazing and for keeps!!Congratulations to the management choosing the right people .We are definitely gonna come back and willnrecomend your hotel to our friends!!!thanks again to everyone!! The only thing that we noticed is the bathroom shower floor edge needs some repair ,it looks bad because of the mold.need some updated the grout of all the edges.

There is as no AC, it was a hot day.

No lo recomiendo si llevas a alguien con alguna deficiencia móvil no 👎🏻 son aptas el personal poco empaticos y nada de ayuda, el baño de la planta de abajo sucio, el desayuno decoroso, limpio pero las toallas muy económicas y rasposas
