The hotel location is excellent, right on the waterfront. looking at the historic tower. The room was spacious, with a good-sized shower.
The staff were friendly and extremely helpful.
Free parking was available in the hotel's private carpark, 100 metres away.
The elevator was not working (we were on the second floor, having to carry the heavy suitcases!
Breakfast was not provided. It required going to the shop next door and paying for a set breakfast (a fruit juice, baguette with jam, a croissant and tea or coffee).

airco worked only half. safe in the room did not work.
