La gentilezza delle signore addette alla reception e alla colazione. Il posteggio ampio e gratuito, abbastanza vicino all'hotel. La camera silenziosa perchè si affacciava all'interno.
La posizione dell'albergo situato all'incrocio di due strade trafficate. Il fatto che la camera fosse situata in una abitazione vicina all'hotel. La colazione non molto curata.
