Staff were very friendly and helpful the food was good and entertainment was good too. The cleanliness was immaculate and always being cleaned. The pool was cleaned regularly and it was extremely clean.

Rooms were comfortable although we were facing a busy street and could hear the traffic in the morning.

Hotel heavily overlooked
We went end of season and they did not have the full compliment of food- little choice for kids in the evening and some food was cold.
Patisserie closed on the 3rd day and they stopped providing slushies for the kids.
Little entertainment usually starting at 21:30 and it was bingo you had to pay £10 to play and then karaoke so we ended up going out for entertainment in the evening.
No drink service on the beach and a walk back to hotel
At check in we was requested to pay £25 for a safe for a week and if we wanted to watch TV that was an additional charge.
There was an expectation that a tip would be given when bags taken to the room to the point of it being uncomfortable.
