We enjoyed a lot.

Perfect location, no need to use car to reach beach or restaurants. Breakfast was very good, cleaness and the service were perfect.

Great location

There was no internet in our room all weekend. Nothing was done despite us alerting reception twice. One of the beds/mattresses was very old and uncomfortable.

Hotel in a quiet location not far from the lake. Promenade with restaurants and cafes nearby. The price corresponds to the quality. Very good breakfast.

Good value for money, friendly staff.

Room large, clean and quiet. Staff at reception very helpful and friendly. Breakfast plentiful with typical Italian hotel fare, staff very attentive. Location next to main road (not overly busy) but our room was on side which was quieter. 10 mins from Stresa and 2 mins from centre of Lesa village.

Air conditioning in room was set to 18 and couldn't be adjusted as centrally controlled. However, did not cool the room very well and the room felt quite hot.

All about the friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble.

The staff. So friendly and helpful. Really made the stay for us.

The Aircon (which worked perfectly well) was just a bit dripping from time to time. Rooms still nice and fresh and wasn't a problem for us as all, but I can see it bothering some guests.

Hotel near the lake and the center. Room was nice with air conditioning and a terrace. Breakfast is nice. People were nice, either speaking English or French.

It’s fine for passing

It had a good location and parking spot available. We were a bit early to check in, but that was no problem. It’s walking distance away from the lake.

Our air-condition was leaking, which wasn’t great. We were only here for a night, so I didn’t matter that much. Breakfast was a bit dry.

Superb

We reserved the room for Aries Hotel (2*) but it was closed so were send to Hotel Primavera in Stresa (3*). All our comments are for Hotel Primavera. We received a room at same conditions as we booked, so lucky for us. Excelent position, in the middle of Stresa, very nice room and staff, rich breakfast.

Beeing in the middle of Stresa, it was a little bit noisy due to the restaurants in the streets.

Third floor room and lift only to second floor. However room was extra large and had own roof terrace.

Onestissimo Hotel

Posizione ottima, Staff davvero cordiale, possibilità di parcheggiare la macchina nel garage dell'hotel (gratis),camera molto pulita. A 5 minuti c'è anche una spiaggia comunale che da sul lago e il supermercato a 2 minuti

La colazione molto basilare, la camera per 4 persone un po' piccola ma molto onesta, se non cercate la massima comodità o il massimo comfort è perfetta

Die Lage war top, man kommt schnell überall hin.

Wir waren für zwei Nächte im Hotel und leider können wir die vielen positiven Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Die Matratzen waren stark durchgelegen, an erholsamen Schlaf war kaum zu denken. Das Hotel ist insgesamt in die Jahre gekommen, von einem „80er Stil“, wie manche Gäste schreiben, war absolut nichts zu sehen. Auch das Frühstück war für uns keine Stärke des Hauses. Zwar reichhaltig in der Auswahl, aber die Mini-Brötchen waren hart wie Stein und die Croissants trocken wie Sägemehl. Für den Preis von 207 € für zwei Nächte ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis unserer Meinung nach absolut nicht gerechtfertigt.

Accoglienza perfetta, soggiorno perfetto

Siamo stati accolti da una signora (di Arona) davvero gentilissima...ha perfino telefonato alla pizzeria più vicina per prenotarci un posto. Bella struttura, pulita, ordinata, tranquilla, con ascensore e parcheggio. La colazione è stata ottima, con frutta fresca e torte preparate. Tanta varietà. Zona tranquilla ed in sicurezza.

Avremmo gradito caffè o cappuccino del bar e non da una macchinetta...per noi italiani quelle bevande di mattina sono sacre! Ahahah Serve auto per raggiungere pizzerie o ristoranti.

Bon séjour au lac majeur

L'hôtel est bien placé pour profiter du sud du Lac Majeur : entre Stresa et Arona et non loin du Mottarone. On peut se rendre facilement à pied au petit port de Lesa. Le petit déjeuner est classique. La propreté est au rendez-vous.

Le parking présente trop peu de places. Il faut se garer plus loin dans la rue d'en face. La chambre manque d'espace pour une famille de 4. Un simple lit à étages mis dans un coin d'une chambre simple.

Goed ontvangt en vriendelijk personeel. Het was verder schoon. Ontbijt prima.

De matrassen zakten erg door. En te kort voor mijn man van 1.95 m. Kussen te hard en laag volgens mij man en zoon. Ik vond het prima. Douchen in bad en met een handdouche vinden wij niet fijn. Er was geen beugel voor de douche.
