we booked 2 rooms for 5 persons. we found out we had 2 rooms but for 4 persons while we checked in at 2am. my kids was exhausted and there is nothing the hotel can do for us. communication was not clear on the phone. staff wasnt listening to what I repeated 2/3 times because of that I wasn’t able to collect my keys from the machine so I rang the staff. the staff wasn’t happy I called because she thought my request weren’t urgent and surely I woke her up from bed. the next morning the staff came to my room while i was undressed and requested to pay for the stay of my dog. I already communicated I come with a dog but they didn’t charge me until the staff saw my dog. it was a very unpleasant trip. the service was 0. I paid for 5 persons but only got for 4 persons. is there supposed to have a refund? thanks in advance. regards, Heidi MARTI

This is a hotel only for sleeping. The Rooms are very small and dark. For the price its really okay. But for sure it is not for familys on vacation. But i think you should recognize this about the price it is only for a night during the travel. In the morning during the week its really loud because 95% of the guests are workers or truckers who leave between 5 and 6. The receptionist Was very friendly.

Être réveiller à 9h30 par la femme de ménage qui est entrer dans notre chambre sans même frapper à la porte avant. Femme de ménage qui reviens frapper à la porte avec insistance à 11h30. On dois rendre la chambre pour midi maximum, pourquoi venir embêter les gens avant ? Surtout sachant que la chambre étais bien occupée. Bref nous n'avons pas pu nous reposer. Reprise de la route en ayant dormi seulement 5h.

Bourdonnement continu de la VMC, mais il ne faut pas se focaliser dessus. Le matelas est très ferme, mais c’est mieux qu’une cuvette. Mieux vaut ne pas avoir de voisins car peu d’isolation phonique.
