extremely disappointed

nothing I like

we booked 2 rooms for 5 persons. we found out we had 2 rooms but for 4 persons while we checked in at 2am. my kids was exhausted and there is nothing the hotel can do for us. communication was not clear on the phone. staff wasnt listening to what I repeated 2/3 times because of that I wasn’t able to collect my keys from the machine so I rang the staff. the staff wasn’t happy I called because she thought my request weren’t urgent and surely I woke her up from bed. the next morning the staff came to my room while i was undressed and requested to pay for the stay of my dog. I already communicated I come with a dog but they didn’t charge me until the staff saw my dog. it was a very unpleasant trip. the service was 0. I paid for 5 persons but only got for 4 persons. is there supposed to have a refund? thanks in advance. regards, Heidi MARTI

This is a hotel only for sleeping. The Rooms are very small and dark. For the price its really okay. But for sure it is not for familys on vacation. But i think you should recognize this about the price it is only for a night during the travel. In the morning during the week its really loud because 95% of the guests are workers or truckers who leave between 5 and 6. The receptionist Was very friendly.

Hôtel très propre Aucune traces de saletés dans la sdb Literie impeccable Je suis adjointe de direction dans un hôtel donc j'ai l oeil professionnels Bravo aux femmes de ménage

A l accueil on ne nous a pas expliqué comment fonctionner pour avoir de la lumière dans la chambre Nous avons cherché nous même en étant éclairer avec la lumière de la sdb

assez pour 5h de sommeil et le prix

la literie, le prix

quand nous sommes arrivés personne a l'accueil et l automatique ne marchait pas donc obligé d attendre 45 min dans le froid. a 17h est arrivé le personnel, plus de 30 min pour nous donner 5 chambres, et une ne correspondait pas a nos attente encore fallu attendre pour avoir une nouvelle chambre. une des chambre etait pas propre ( odeur tabac, alcool...) du tout et manque de balai a toilette dans chaque chambres pas tres agreable pour nous.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé la femme qui était à l'accueil. Elle état très gentille et arrangeante. Par contre, le radiateur dans la chambre ne fonctionnait pas vraiment, il était tiède, et du coup, elle a eu la gentillesse de nous monter un radiateur d'appoint. Peut-être un truc à améliorer: mettre une prise électrique au niveau des lits, ou dans la salle de bain, pour se sécher les cheveux, ainsi qu'un oreiller en plus, au cas où. La chambre était vraiment très jolie!

le chauffage, et 1 prise dans la salle de bain. Le monsieur du matin était un peu moins gentil que la dame

la chambre sentait énormément le tabac à tel point que l'on a été dérangé. Les WC étaient sales petite douche dans les WC.

L'hôtel se situe dans une impasse donc calme. Literie Ok Arrivée autonome donc pratique. Parking gratuit.

Ménage pas top, toile d araignée poussière au sol. Porte serviette arraché du mur, luminaire salle de bain pas au norme, table de nuit très abîmé, luminaire chambre mal fixé.
