The location is beautiful and with stunning views. We loved our room, the terrace, the interior and the staff.
This felt a bit like renting your own place, rather than a hotel. The service from staff is a bit limited, and communication is difficult. We didn’t feel helped when asking simple questions like airport transfer etc.
There is a long sharp flight of stairs to get to the rooms and we travelled with lots of luggage and an infant, and was promised some help to get the luggage up and into the car in the early morning. No one came. We would understand completely if you said no in advance, but to agree something and simply not do it pulls our review score down a bit.

The Pumba room did not have a full length mirror. No NESPRESSO coffee maker either.
