Super clean, spacious and comfortable room, with a fantastic view of the ocean. Nothing better than a coffee in the morning on the balcony overlooking the water. The evening entertainment was mixed but it definitely leaned to the good side. The day time entertainment was also brilliant, the team running it are fantastic. They did such a great job. I loved the bali sunbeds in the pool, they were perfect for sunbathing and with quick access to the water to cool down. Great variety at the buffet, plenty of options and new specials daily. Friendly staff are so lovely here. The shop has everything you might need or have forgotten. Perfect to buy some gifts from too. Great location, quiet without being boring and locally has everything you'll need. Highly recommend upgrading to all inclusive with the privilege plan, I think we definitely saved more than we spent this way. Huge shout out to Toni in the restaurant/bar, she was amazing all week and had the best wine suggestions.

I wish there was more options at the restaurant especially if you're staying a week or more, after a couple days you've really experienced the majority of it. It was all very same same and while we liked the atmosphere, we are definitely happy it was included in our package because had we paid I feel like it wouldn't have been worth the price. It would have also been nice to see the privilege pool cleaned a bit more, I didn't see it cleaned all week and it really showed. Would also love to see blackout curtains in the rooms.

The location and views were perfect. Room wa spacios and staff so cheerful and lovely. The Privilege packet was a spot on with self service lounge and sunbathing area. We liked that Playa de Curo was not crowded but still you had all you needed. Amadores beach was just a 20min beautiful walk away. But there is also a nice beach just one minute outside the hotel.

The elevator was a bit shaky. Dinner was ok but as it tends to be, at some point you get tired of it. But there are other restaurants nearby and they also have a fusion restaurant at the hotel ( you have to make an reservation).

Can find very little fault with this hotel we hired a car so we’re able to travel around , but all facilities were excellent. the only criticism is the quality of the food on certain days wasn’t brilliant if you’re half board or fully inclusive

Terrible evening food, honestly the worst meat we have ever seen on a plate (didn't eat it as it was so tough). Noisy room from 7:30am through to gone midnight. Weird room layout with zero privacy from bedroom to bathroom.
