We had a wonderful stay with excellent service throughout. The free room upgrade for our friend who booked another room type was a lovely surprise and made our experience even more enjoyable. Thank you to Steven from front desk for making this happen even without us asking!
Loved the freshly washed linens and the availability of water dispensers throughout the property. The variety of food was also a delight.

Great for families or groups: The hotel area is quite large and there are several swimming pools of different sizes, which makes it enjoyable for families or group travelers.
Helpful and responsive staff: When we mentioned that our room was noisy because it faced a small alley used by local residents, the staff kindly moved us to a pool-view room on the same floor without extra charge. I really appreciated their effort to make our stay more comfortable.
Reasonably priced food: We tried some dishes at the hotel restaurant. The prices were reasonable and the food was decent. The staff were also accommodating when we had special requests for the menu.
Convenient transportation: Getting to downtown Bogor was easy using Grab, which worked well as a simple transportation option.
Noise from nearby alley: Our initial room faced a small alley used by local residents. In the evening, it became quite noisy with motorcycles and cars passing by, which affected our comfort.
Confusing breakfast information during Ramadan: At check-in, we were informed that breakfast would be delivered to the room because of Ramadan. Later that evening, we were told it would actually be a buffet. While it worked out in the end, clearer coordination and communication would help avoid confusion for guests.

All staff has good hospital. Our family enjoyed the buffet Friday night. At that time staff were very kind for us, especially for my son.
My room type in 2nd floor has no view, it’s just a street.The introduction of jangle water adventure, I heard there ware some vouchers for discounts.
