It was a great location for our needs.
The bathroom window had one burglar bar missing as if someone had broken in and the air circulation was poor as opening the curtains meant everyone in the public parking and vehicle access could look inside.

Beautiful, peaceful, safe and elegant neighborhood.
Good value for money - was affordable on a tight budget.
The room sizes would be a better fit for a family with younger children.. For our family of 5 (with 3 teenagers) the space was rather constricted.

Secure and safe to stay, even parking area.
Directions and instructions received via whatsapp and well communicated. Location near winelands, shopping malls and hospitals.
Although this is a self catering unit, once place is booked and paid, you receive all the overwealming rules..would suggest they give this through beforehand.
The lightning from outside buildings lighten the place inside while sleeping... I suggest hanging blind on front glass door.
