Lovely overnight.

The owner has excellent English, the welcome is friendly, the check-in flawless. The heating is fast-warming, what is more than welcoming with children. The location and the architecture of the house is very stylish. We loved it.

Amazing.

The silence and view of the surrounding area is amazing. Great view of the night sky. Both the appartment and the area where the Tenuta were very clean and well kept/neat. The owners make nice wine.

Nothing that the owners can be blamed for, but there were alot of mosquitos at the time we visited so remember to bring something.

Bajkowy klimat otoczenia, przytulne i przede wszystkim praktycznie urządzone apartamenty - niczego nam nie brakowało. Właściciele bardzo sympatyczni, zawsze gotowi do pomocy. Po wesołym "Buongiorno" z uśmiechem można było zacząć nawet deszczowy dzień 😊 jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni, polecamy z całego serca!

Fijn comfortabel huisje, mooie ligging, prachtig uitzicht! Fijn zwembad. Ontbijt formidabel! Veel keuze en alles vers.

Er waren veel bijen bij het zwembad. We hebben gegeten bij het restaurant. Mooie ambiance maar eten kon beter. Puur eten maar weinig smaak.

La casa nel bosco

Bellissimo posto immerso nel verde, tra castagni, ulivi e vigneti, le camere che in realtà sono miniappartamenti sono grandi e provviste di cucina e frigorifero, con tutto il necessario x cucinare, davanti hanno un piccolo portico dotato di tavolo e sedie, e barbecue. All'interno della struttura una piccola ma funzionale piscina. L'agriturismo dispone anche di un piccolo ristorante per cenare, con piatti tipici e un angolo per vendita di vini, (prodotti da loro) marmellate, miele e altri prodotti tutti provenienti da piccole aziende agricole della zona. Colazione ottima con prodotti dolci e salati. Proprietari gentilissimi e a disposizione x qualsiasi informazione.

Tenutta la Fratta

Schöne Anlage, sauberer Pool, nette Familie, große Ferienwohnung mit Grill (bei uns). Zwischendurch wurden die Betten frisch bezogen und frische Handtücher gerichtet. Option zum Frühstück und Abendessen bestand,wir haben aber die meiste Zeit uns selbst versorgt. Die Ruhe am Abend ist sehr angenehm und wir saßen gerne und lange draußen auf der Terasse.

Auffahrt zu Tenutta la Fratta war etwas holprig. Schlechte W-Lan Verbindung.

Vi havde et virkeligt godt ophold i smukke omgivelser og med meget venlige værter.

Stedet er smukt beliggende og i meget charmerende og stille omgivelser. Poolen er behagelig. Lejligheden var særdeles rummelig og meget autentisk. Det kan anbefales at spise middag I restauranten da maden er meget god, og omgivelserne er fantastiske.

Eneste minus var at der var en del myrer i køkkenet.

Schöne Umgebung, vorwiegend für Selbstversorger

Das Frühstück und der Pool sowie der Garten und die Anlage sind sehr schön. Es war nur ein anderes Pärchen mit uns am Pool und wir genossen das herrliche Wasser. Das Frühstück unterhalb des Agriturismos war auch einfach aber liebevoll und frisch zubereitet. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut, wir wurden vorab schon gefragt, wann wir ankämen und man erwartete uns also bereits.

Wir waren auf der Durchreise und es war für uns ausschlaggebend, dass es ein Restaurant gibt und Service, so hiess es auch auf der Booking Seite, es sollte eine Bar sowie ein Restaurant geben. Von der Bar war nichts zu sehen und uns wurde direkt bei der Ankunft gesagt, dass das Restaurant abends schon ausgebucht wäre. Das war recht ärgerlich, denn genau das wollten wir uns ersparen, abends noch ins Auto zu steigen und ein Restaurant zu suchen. Denn fussläufig wäre nichts anderes zu finden gewesen. Mittags gab es keine Möglichkeit einen Lunch oder Snack einzunehmen. Das Appartement war leider nicht mit den Basics ausgestattet wie Öl, Aceto oder Salz oder Spülmittel, so dass wir alles im Supermarkt auf die Schnelle kaufen mussten. Das war etwas umständlich und nicht was man sonst gewohnt ist von Agriturismen. Für eine kurze Übernachtung dann auch etwas kostspielig. Wir hätten insgesamt diese Unterkunft nicht gebucht, hätten wir gewusst, dass es für uns keine Verpflegung gibt. Die fehlende Aircondition machte die Nacht leider nicht sehr erholsam, aber da hatten wir leider selbst nicht genau darauf geachtet bei der Buchung.

Rustig gelegen in een mooi gebied met enkele leuke steden op rij afstand.

Locatie! Aardige eigenaar. Prachtig uitzicht. Goed (stevig) bed waar mijn rug heel blij van werd. Heerlijk zwembad met ligstoelen en wederom, prachtig uitzicht 4 Avonden in de week is het restaurant geopend voor gasten en restaurantbezoekers. Een aanrader! Het ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid en erg goed! Onze hond was welkom. Elke 3 dagen handdoekwissel en er lagen al badlakens klaar bij aankomst. Heel attent.

Bij een prijs van bijna €1200,- voor een week hadden we iets meer comfort verwacht. We wisten dat er geen airconditioning was maar er zijn ook geen ventilators. Volgens de eigenaar blijft het huis koel en dat klopt tot ca 35 graden. Maar daarboven wordt het best warm in huis. Gelukkig kregen we een ventilator van gasten die net hadden uitgecheckt. Er zitten geen horren in de ramen. De inventaris van de keuken was niet helemaal compleet. Je kunt alles vragen aan de eigenaar maar het is natuurlijk prettiger als dingen als een snijplank, schaar of koekenpan aanwezig is.

De rustige en mooie ligging, het uitzicht. De netheid en ruimte in het appartement. Het aangename zwembad.

Tip: voorzie een kleine hoeveelheid koffie in het appartement zodat je met aanwezige materiaal toch minstens een koffietje kan zetten.

Perfekt, wir werden es zukünftig wieder buchen

Die Anfahrt war etwas abenteuerlich, da die Wohnungen sehr abgelegen waren. Dafür war es aber sehr ruhig :-) Das Restaurant hatte sehr leckeres Essen mit Zutaten aus eigenem Anbau.
