Lovely location , great value for a family.

Bagnoles is a lovely location and our room had a great vista overlooking the lake and Casino. All was very clean and great for a family. Can’t really comment on the staff as we had no contact, we had a nice meal in the restaurant down stairs.

Be warned there is no lift and it was quite a trek up stairs. Was a little difficult to find as the side entrance is not at the address listed and the building is still signed as an hotel. There is no on site parking but we parked fairly easily on street. It may be difficult in peak periods.

Beautifully presented, bright studio in the heart of Bagnoles.

French windows, airy, well equipped, recently converted, side view of the lake. Lots of free parking along the Rue de l'Hippodrome (one way street so consider turning at the main roundabout with the fountain and going through the new Old Railway development then turn left). Communication with the management was all via email and QR codes for entry.

Apartment 7 was not far above the back door to the restaurant kitchens so there was a little noise from this but not too much.

Roomy well equipped apartment.

The apartment was roomy, well equipped and spotlessly clean. The kitchen area is well equipped with all necessary cooking utensils provided. The bed was very comfortable.

The electronic entry system uses a code uploaded onto the guests mobile phone using a QR Scanner. I found this system to be rather hit and miss. Sometimes it wouldn't recognise the code on my phone.

Very clean & comfortable apartment, very central for restaurants & the lake.

We had terrible trouble getting into the flat as it was all done on a QR code, just lucky I knew what one was & that I had the App. I've checked with plenty of friends since, so would not have had a clue what to do. It repeatedly would not work & without the help of some French visitors, I think would have had to sleep in our car. Once in, we found it very convenient, although slightly clinical. The pillows on the bed were terrible, one very small, flat, thin excuse for a pillow.

Great accommodation in a superb location.

It was a small, well equipped studio apartment, slightly cramped but we managed for 4 days. Bathroom was superb; location amazing, lovely views over the lake and very central, easy parking. Lovely bed linen, immaculately clean.

No comfortable chairs, but we didn’t spend long indoors. With slight tweaks to the layout it could have been amazing.

Absolutely lovely apartment in the most ideal location, excellent value for money.

We hadn’t used a key code system before, but it worked very well. The apartment was spotlessly clean and extremely well appointed. The building is in the very centre of a beautiful little town but there is a surprising amount of free parking all around with a lovely lake and gardens right outside.

We were allocated a room on the top (third) floor, with a tight staircase to negotiate. Anyone elderly or with an infirmity might want to ask for a room on a lower floor.

Comfortable apartment close to the town centre.

The apartment was spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable. Well equipped kitchen area.

1) Fiddly high tech light switches. 2) The shower is awkward to operate and it was difficult to adjust the temperature from very hot, to a comfortable one. 3) Apartment No.4 has a tall cupboard near the bed, with a gap between the doors. There is a bright green light which flashes continuously and is very irritating.
