Last day before checking out , I went down for breakfast and came back , booked taxi to airport and checked money and 100£ missing , stolen from my wallet , thieves , I wish I was still there , but I left city, I wish they hire more reliable , trustworthy people who can save clients belonging not stealing them

Hotel is nice but basic no aircon in rooms very hot in June.the pool area is quiet nice sunbeds need replacing .alcohol generally is over priced between 3€ and 4€ for a 24cl bottle depending on on what you chose also wine over priced in my opinion a bottle in the off licence was 5.50€ ,between 16€ and18€ .but overall a good time was had

I booked through Agoda with the price clearly stated as “all taxes included” and paid the full amount in advance. However, the hotel charged me an additional 120–130 MAD as a local tax. This extra charge was not clearly mentioned during the booking, which was disappointing and felt misleading. Please make such fees clear upfront.
