Great Alpine guesthouse, close to the slopes and thermal baths

Comfortable, clean room with new furniture and equipment. Spacious bathroom with needed amenities. A small building decorated in the local style. Easy check-in and friendly, good communication with host. Very good breakfast with many options. Free parking place onsite.

Nice and warm stay for the hiking gangs

The garden and the environment are nice and cozy which makes us feeling like home. Very friendly and welcoming hosts who greet people during breakfast every morning. Staff is super efficient tidying up our room within the breakfast time. Check-in is almost like a self-check in which was not a problem for us but may irritate those who want a warm greeting upon arrival. I miss the friendly cat too!

I was woken up by the mosquito and got a few bites though it’s not a problem caused by the host. One minor thing is the dirty cups in the cupboard, I think no one has ever realized they were used.

Good room but lacking in hospitality.

Clean room. Nice bathroom. Comfortable bed.

We didn’t see any of the staff at all during our stay. It would have been nice to have met by someone when we arrived. It took us 10 minutes to find our room as it was hidden under the stairs on the ground floor. We were traveling to Split and wished to leave early, at 7am to avoid the traffic. However, breakfast didn’t start until 08:00 which is too late. Also it would have been nice to have a door between the bedroom and bathroom.

Nice place with great people. Good breakfast and possitive attention to everyone. We spend only one night traveling through the country, but this place allowed to feel that spirit when living in the village at the foot of the mountains.

Great overnight stay

A lovely family run accommodation with the welcoming feel of an Austrian home stay. Linen was a little old but functional. It was very clean and we had a great breakfast with local farm fresh food. There was a kitchenette in the room which we weren’t expecting, but it was missing cutlery and washing up things. Perhaps it was not really intended for use which was fine as we didn’t plan on cooking anything. It was a short drive into the town of Filzmoos. We had a lovely walk through the pastures where we found hidden playgrounds and wooden carvings of animals!
