Room was bit quirky with bathroom window looking out to the square which was novel and a great view!.
Access to metro was wonderful.
It was all great and very good value for money. Would highly recommend.

Staff telling cleaners to keep windows open due to my request but cleaners ignored them and my request because of this the room was hot each time I come back from a long day in the heat.
Cleaners did not listen to my request when I wanted window to be left open.

Nice, relatively calm part of the city.
Hotel was right next to metro station and 20 mins from Paris Est train station by metro.
Felt safe at night. There was also friendly receptionist 24/7 present and we could communicate in english.
Room was clean and had everything we needed. We didnt have breakfast as there were many bakeries around for morning coffee and croissant.
Over our stay it was really hot outside and the fan in our room could use replacement for sth more efficient (eg. Air conditioning) in the future. But that was really small issue. Otherwise everything was really fine.

Room was clean and adequate for the short trip. It was also located next to a metro and other small stores. This was great and added to the convenience altogether.
A bit loud at night with Sirens from police and ambulance I believe. However, its not something the hotel can control

Room was pretty much what we expected for the price, clean and just enough space for me and my family.
Well the toilet had a funny smell the last day and the breakfast option was a little short although fr the price I think it was quite fair.

This hotel was so disgusting we had to leave the first night we stayed.
Everything.

Think it’s a good value for the money. There are places for breakfast, food shops, staff helps when there are questions.
Given the money and that it’s Paris it’s ok. The heating in the hotel could work better, the districts looked safe but not Fancy. The hotel is not new and didn’t see renovation for a while.

On the first morning, we were a bit late for breakfast and the lady at the reception allowed us to have breakfast (that we had separately paid for the previous night) after the usual times.
On the night of 10.7.23, after going to bed the table fan stopped suddenly. Upon hearing a commotion outside our room door and opening it, I found the receptionist at our doorsteps. He conveyed to me in a very condescending manner that we were too loud and the other guests were feeling disturbed. While he was leaving I told him that the fan in my room has stopped working. This is when he told us that he intentionally did it in order for us to come out of the room. While leaving, I saw him opening the circuit breaker box outside the room and flipping on a switch to make the fan run again. Upon asking him why did he not ask us in the first place if we were loud, he said that it would disturb other guests. It is clearly an excuse for a premeditated act since, if he wanted, he could have contacted us via the intercom in our room. This disgustingly unprofessional act of switching off the electricity supply in order to speak with guests is definitely an all-time low in my experience, particularly when the guests were not at fault of being noisy. And even if we assume for a moment, that we were loud unintentionally, the correct way to deal with it is to talk to us either in person or by calling us over the intercom - not by switching off power to the room!
The next morning, the same receptionist came around again and this time threatened to call the police on us. The other guests being French, this is most likely a case of racism by at least one hotel staff since the person not only took them at their word but never made any attempt whatsoever to listen or comprehend our side of the story. Nevertheless while checking out on the 11th, the lady at the reception promised us a refund of rent for the nights not stayed and asked me to send an email to them. However, no further response was received even after trying to contact them through phone and email. As the city tax was paid while checking-in and we left mid-way without a refund, it clearly shows dishonesty on their part.

Everything was very daggy, no aircon, wifi wouldn’t work, the room was incredibly pricey-for the number of nights I wish I’d spent an extra €80-100 and got something better and more central.

Had a good room, good staff, everything clean and cozy
The location is quite far from the city center, even though it is located just above the metro station, it takes 10+ stations with changing lines to reach the Eiffel Tower

Nothing , everything was so great

The stuff was quite friendly. We went to them to ask for another room and they were very understanding. The room where we stayed was cleaned every day, they changed the towels, make the bed, take the trash.
We didn't receive the room from our reservation. When we asked why they said that room didn't exist anymore and they renovated the hotel and didn't know why we received that room. The manager said "I don't know what a clean room means for you. The one that you have is a very good room" but the room when we were put was very dirty and unkept, the walls had dirt traces on them and mold, it was very old and super small, and the ventilation from the bathroom didn't work, neither the hairdryer.
Be very careful if you book a room there as the photos and the reality doesn't match at all!

The wifi was good.
The hotel is way to small. The elevator , the room, the bathroom, shower etc. If you are claustrophobic this is not the stay for you. Metro is just right out the door which is nice but other then that I dont recommend this stay.

It was very close to the city centre and also metro station. It is nice and comfy. People at the reception were very nice.
Room was small, but enough for a couple. Also you could hear people entering their rooms, sometimes making noises, but it didn't bother us. It was all ok.
