Near Gare de Nord so ever so convenient. And a 24 hour reception which is brilliant, and I will add that the reception staff are amazing
And everything was clean
There is noise but it is where you are. Want somewhere quiet and romantic well pay for times the price.

Right next to the Eurostar station. There was an excellent bakers just round the corner. Not much else.
The room was fine if a little small and cramped, i.e. bed too small for two people and the shower was cramped. The staff barely had any English so was difficult to find things out from them. There was breakfast advertised but none was available on the first and third morning, when it was available it was barely adequate for two people. There was a dog sleeping in the small rest area which spent time begging for food. The Owner was anti british and was unwelcoming. A maid tried several time to come into the room whilst we were there and her reason was to give us coat hangers? The room was cleaned once but not very well.
